Troubleshooting questions / error messages

The button is not working! / I cannot add your products to my Shopping Cart!

This may be due to various causes. Please try to resolve the problem as follows:

  • Please ensure that your browser is cookie-enabled, that is, it accepts cookies.
    • For Microsoft Internet Explorer users, please select Tools > Internet Options > Privacy > Advanced > Override automatic cookie handling. Please select Accept for both First-party Cookies and Third-party Cookies.

  • If you are using an Internet firewall program (e.g. Norton, McAfee, Trend Micro, ZoneLabs, etc.), please add our website www.easylah.com to your list of trusted sites. If that does not help, please disable your Internet firewall program temporarily while you are shopping on our website. Please rest assured that our website is very secure. Your order details will be securely encrypted using industry standard 128-bit SSL technology and Thawte unique encryption system.

  • Please hit the "Refresh" or "Reload" button in your browser once or a few times when you are viewing our order page to make sure you are viewing the most current version.

  • Please try again. The server may be busy.

  • If you have tried all of the above and the problem is still not solved, please contact us.

My items disappeared from my Shopping Cart!

In most cases, your items "disappeared" from your Shopping Cart because you are viewing an expired web page from your browser's cache, e.g. when you use browser functions such as Back and Forward. Please click on the Refresh or Reload button in your browser and your items will "reappear".

Why is my credit card payment not successful?

In most cases, this is because your bank has declined your credit card transaction. Please check with your credit card issuer / bank to resolve the problem. Alternatively, you may want to use another credit card.

Order confirmation email related questions

I received more than one order confirmation email from you after I had placed my order!

This is because you had clicked on the button more than once. Not to worry. If you are paying by credit card via our secure web page, as long as you had made your payment only for one of the order numbers, your credit card will only be charged once and we will process only the order that you had paid for. Please refer to the order number that is reflected in the email that is sent to you from WorldPay; that is the order number that your credit card will be charged for.  If you are not paying by credit card, please indicate the order number when you make your payment to us.

I did not receive any order confirmation email from you after I had clicked on the button!

In most cases, this is because your spam filters "ate" our email. Please check your "blocked messages" mail folder (e.g. Bulk, Junk, etc.) for our email, or check your spam filtering rules.
