Order tracking

Friends account using the same billing email address and contact
email address that you had provided in your order. This will enable you
to track your order and order history. We also strongly encourage you to
check your email everyday from the date of your order until you get a
confirmation email from us stating that we have processed your order and
activated your service subscription, as we will contact you via email
should we encounter any problem with your order.
Offer and acceptance
By placing your order on Our Website, you agree that you are making
an offer and we reserve the right to decline or rescind your offer. Our
acceptance of your order will take place upon our receipt of your order
unless we notify you in writing that we do not accept your order.
Non-acceptance of order

for any activation delay or non-activation of your subscribed services
as a result of your provision of inaccurate information or insufficient
information, which we cannot use to contact you (e.g. if you use call
screening / blocking) in the event that we encounter problems with your
order.

consequential damage, or economic loss arising from or in connection
